1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use When Your Teen Goes Quiet, a digital guide for parents. By completing a purchase you agree to what follows. Please read it before you buy.

2. Not medical or psychological advice

This is the most important clause here. The guide offers general parenting support based on widely accepted approaches to teenage communication and wellbeing. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

If you are worried about your child's safety or mental health, contact your GP, a qualified mental health professional, or your local emergency services. If there is an immediate risk of harm, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.

3. Your purchase

The guide is sold as a one-time digital purchase at the price shown at checkout, in pounds sterling, including any applicable tax. Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Your download is delivered by email immediately after payment.

4. What you may do with the guide

You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence. You may:

• read it on any device you own
• print copies for your own household
• share it with a co-parent or partner in your immediate family

You may not resell it, redistribute it, upload it publicly, publish extracts, or use it in paid coaching, training, or clinical practice without written permission. All content, text, and design remain our copyright.

5. Refunds

Digital products are exempt from standard return rules, but we offer a 7-day goodwill guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Testimonials and results

Reviews on this site are from real customers and reflect their own experience. Every family is different, and we make no promise about specific outcomes in your home.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Privacy

We collect only what we need to process your order and deliver your download — typically your name, email address, and order details. We do not sell your data. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
