Digital products

When Your Teen Goes Quiet is a digital PDF guide delivered instantly by email after checkout. Because the file is available to download and keep immediately, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.

Our 7-day guarantee

We would rather you felt looked after than stuck with something that wasn't right for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of buying and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to justify the request in detail. A short note telling us you weren't happy with it is enough.

How to request a refund

Email us at contact@whenyourteengoesquiet.com with:

• the email address you used at checkout
• your order number, if you have it to hand

We aim to reply within two working days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once processed, it usually takes 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to show the funds. Your access to the downloaded file will be withdrawn, and we ask that you delete any copies you have saved.

Problems with your download

If your download link didn't arrive, expired, or the file won't open, that is not a refund matter — it's a fix. Email us and we will resend the guide straight away.

Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice for the same guide, we will refund the duplicate in full. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected by this policy.
